Dauphin Island Sea Lab's Data Management Specialist Mimi Tzeng will serve as the Engagement Team Co-Chair for EarthCube. She joins Simon Goring (co-chair & representative to the Leadership Council) in leading EarthCube's engagement initiatives. 

EarthCube was initiated by the National Science Foundation in 2011 to improve access, sharing, visualization, and analysis of geosciences data and related resources. 

Tzeng has been an active participant of EarthCube Governance since it began as a Test Governance-funded project in 2014, including contributions to the Science Committee, Engagement Team, and Liaison Team.
