Boardwalk Talks return to the Estuarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab after the holiday break on Wednesday, January 3. 

Neil Sass will give you an inside look into the science behind food safety. The talk begins at 11:15 a.m. and is free to the public. On Wednesday, January 17, Discovery Hall programs educator Chris Flight will lead the talk with a look at how scientists use data to understand the population and structures of bonnethead sharks. 

University Programs will kick off its spring seminar series with Dr. Diana Varela from the University of Victoria, Canada.
