Family Camp

This overnight, the weekend program allows families to explore Dauphin Island and investigate its habitats, guided by our full-time marine educators.

Scout Merit Badge Program

Our badge workshops focus on science, nature, environmental or STEM-themed activities. Whether it is studying oceanography, being a citizen scientist, kayaking, using GPS technology, building an underwater robot, or career exploration, we bring our hands-on approach, facilities, equipment, and expertise to making Scout workshops an authentic and high-quality experience.

Sea Lab Science Friday

Once a month, we offer a day of ‘drop-in’ field classes for homeschooled students, parents and caretakers seeking enrichment opportunities for their learners, students who can join us after their day of virtual learning, or individuals just interested in learning more about Alabama’s coastal resources, the Gulf of Mexico and the ocean.

Sea Stars Camp

Sea Stars is a three-day buddy camp designed for students with special needs and their guardians to explore the Gulf of Mexico. This weekend experience is specially designed for students ages 9 to 18 with developmental disabilities.
