Middle Bay Lighthouse Station

The Alabama Historical Commission is starting their restoration of Middle Bay Lighthouse!

A very welcome restoration of the Middle Bay Lighthouse is underway. This does mean that we needed to remove our instrumentation from the structure while the work is being conducted (to keep both the workers and our equipment safe).

The Middle Bay Lighthouse station will be offline for the duration but we will work closely with the AHC to monitor progress so we can get the station back up and running as soon as possible!
